Meet the Sales Team
Jen Welykholowa & Karin Wees
W2 Realty Team | JC Realty Regina
With a combined commitment to excellence and client service, we have been a trusted Regina real estate team since 2008, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and builders navigate every stage of the residential real estate process.
While we are well known for helping clients buy and sell homes and condominiums throughout Regina and the surrounding communities, we have also built a strong reputation within the new construction and development sector.
For the past 13 years, we have proudly partnered with Varsity Homes and Gilroy Homes, marketing and selling both condominium and residential development projects. Through this long-standing relationship, we have gained extensive knowledge of new construction, condominium development, custom home building, and project marketing.
Our experience working directly alongside builders and developers allows us to provide valuable insight into every aspect of the building process, from selecting the right floor plan to understanding specifications, timelines, upgrades, and resale value considerations.
We are especially proud to represent the new 2nd Phase of Hawkstone Village, brought to you through the partnership of Varsity Homes and Gilroy Homes. This development reflects the same exceptional quality of construction, thoughtful design, and elevated finishing standards that both builders have established with a strong and respected reputation for throughout the Regina market.
At W2 Realty Team, we believe that real estate is about more than transactions, it's about relationships. We are committed to providing trusted advice and guidance every step of the way.
If you're considering buying, selling, building, or investing in the Regina area, we'd love the opportunity to help you in that process.
